I am going to be in South Africa this summer, co-teaching classes at St. Martin's school in Johannesburg. I leave April 8th, as the school's winter term begins April 12th. The school takes a five week holiday for the World Cup in June, and once their term ends, I will be returning to the States in early August. I will be writing about what I'm up to and posting pictures so that y'all can follow along if you'd like. Hopefully I'll be able to keep things interesting!
Ben
Have a great time! Call and write often.

Hi Ben! I echo your Mom. I have never blogged and rarely texted until you taught me! You are bringing me out of the dark ages! We are praying for you and anticipating hearing about your adventures. Luke checked out your possible flight path on his globe. We can't wait to hear more! love, Aunt Peg

Hi Ben: With MUCH help from your Dad, we've joined! Grandpa & Grandma
ReplyDeleteBen - what's goin' on???
ReplyDeleteThis is a tough blog to follow...you aren't writing anything...I think you already forgot your dad's first posting - "...write often..." You must be really enjoying yourself...
ReplyDeleteBen: Tho' Grandpa & I are listed as followers and did make a comment after your Dad helped us create an account, we can't seem to locate that info at all. We'll keep trying. Love your first pics and hope & pray you're enjoying your adventure and learning. Always wanted to go to Africa. While we won't get there in our lifetimes, you've got to enjoy it for us. We'll be in touch. Always thought we were computer savvy for 2 oldies, but blogs really throw us. We're mostly too busy to study the ins/outs. Love, Grandpa & Grandma
